Planning and Development Process

Urban Form

The Green Boulevard Plan builds on the following goals determined by the Allegheny Riverfront Vision Plan:
Re-orient the city, existing and new, towards the river; create a new “front” along the river
Utilize existing building stock: identify the opportunities for authentic and distinctive “places”
Enhance and protect the features of the physical environment that defines such places
